On behalf of the client, we’re looking for a UX Designer who will revolutionize with us the gig-economy landscape! The team is on a mission to help workers own and leverage their income and work data. One platform at a time, they are building a SaaS product that connects worker app accounts with service providers to unveil income and employment data. This way, gig-workers gain access to products and services previously inaccessible.
In less than 4 years, the company has gained nearly 2 million members across the globe and connected over half a million job seekers with apps and services like Uber, Airbnb, Doordash, Upwork, Lime, and many more.
Requirements:
- 7+ years of experience in UX
- Hands-on research experience both field studies and testing
- Experience in working with a global product
- English +B2 level
Responsibilities:
- Create wireframes, storyboards, user flows, process flows to communicate
- interaction and design ideas effectively
- Create product prototypes, research, analyze data, analyze user feedback
- engagement to refine the user experience.
- Present and reason about designs and key milestone deliverables to other
- team members
- Promote design guidelines, best practices, and standards
- Plan and conduct exploratory user research and usability tests
- Work together with developers (sorry!)
- Utilize analytics to prioritize opportunities
- Prepare and conduct usability studies to gather insights and refine the user
- experience
- Contribute to the overall team efforts with suggestions of how can we improve
- the way we work as a team
