Description
You will
  • Create test scenarios (functional test, end-to-end test, integration test, regression test)
  • Create required test data to challenge different test scenarios
  • Import data into the database and start of ETL pipeline. Analyze outcome of ETL pipeline mainly in the backend (RDMS and Data Lake) and to some degree in the Fronted (Power BI)
  • Report test outcome in JIRA and contact the development team
  • Develop an environment for integration tests
  • Automate testing across the DevOps chain for diverse functional modules: data ingestion, data quality management, data reference management, historization

Must have
  • Proficient in Python and SQL
  • Knowledge of test framework
  • Very good English skills
Nice to have
  • Further programming experience
  • Data modeling knowledge
  • Data vault model
  • Experience in testing via Power BI or other BI tools
  • German language knowledge
  • Experience in backend testing of Data Warehouses
  • Having worked with Azure Data Factory
