Project
You will be working on all activities necessary to implement and maintain a database system for a product.

You will

Develop, test and debug tools for automated database schema migrations
Develop, test and debug other tools for database operations automation
Generate scripts to create database objects such as tables, partitions, indexes, views, sequences
Move, rebuild, or change database objects as required, assist with impact analysis of any changes made to database objects
Perform reverse engineering of physical data models from databases and SQL scripts
Evaluate existing data models and databases for variances and discrepancies
Provide technical assistance to development teams

Must have

Minimum 5 years related experience with 3+ years of experience working with relational databases such as Oracle, MySQL, PostgreSQL
Proficiency in Java programming language
Experience in development, execution and maintenance of automation scripts written in Python or other languages
Knowledge of ‪SQL language
Experience in working with relational databases, preferably Oracle
DevOps expertise with experience in applying CI/CD principles using tools such as Git, Jenkins, Maven, Ansible
Basic knowledge of UNIX/Linux from a user perspective
Basic knowledge of ITIL best practices and tools such as ServiceNow
Strong analytical skills – ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

Experience in using database schema migration tools such as Liquibase or Flyway
Experience using cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
Experience with containerization-based technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes

The budget for this position is up to 115 PLN/h net on B2B or 12 500 PLN gross on standard work agreement
