You will have deep functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform as well as experience delivering large/small-scale ServiceNow implementations.
- An appropriate tertiary qualification and/or equivalent mix of education/training and relevant experience.
- Experience in developing business rules, UI actions, form sections, notification events, client scripts (JavaScript) including AngularJS (Web application framework) on Service Now platform.
- Experience in IT Asset management (CMDB) implementation/maintenance will be an add on. Should have knowledge for the acquisition, deployment, tracking various asset classes.
- Extensive experience in enterprise application software development including analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, documentation and support
Requirements:
- Experience in supporting /developing ServiceNow solutions and technical design documents from business requirements.
- Hands on experience beyond ITSM out of box modules.
- ITOM experience (AWS, Cloud storages, VM’s environment, servers and network knowledge).
- Application support experience in Service Now on Custom applications will be plus.
- Experience on customized applications on ServiceNow.
- Must have dealt with full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations as developer / deployment of solutions for incidents or service requests in the role played in current or past organization.
- Experience of managing major incident(s) in the past will be of added advantage.
- Experience of Problem management and handling it end to hand will be of added advantage.
- Experience of Service Now version upgrade and Patching will be of added advantage.
- Experience is Education sector is added advantage.
