You will have deep functional and technical knowledge of the ServiceNow platform as well as experience delivering large/small-scale ServiceNow implementations.
An appropriate tertiary qualification and/or equivalent mix of education/training and relevant experience.
Experience in developing business rules, UI actions, form sections, notification events, client scripts (JavaScript) including AngularJS (Web application framework) on Service Now platform.
Experience in IT Asset management (CMDB) implementation/maintenance will be an add on. Should have knowledge for the acquisition, deployment, tracking various asset classes.
Extensive experience in enterprise application software development including analysis, design, development, testing, implementation, documentation and support
Requirements:
Experience in supporting /developing ServiceNow solutions and technical design documents from business requirements.
Hands on experience beyond ITSM out of box modules.
Application support experience in Service Now on Custom applications will be plus.
Experience on customized applications on ServiceNow.
Must have dealt with full lifecycle ServiceNow implementations as developer / deployment of solutions for incidents or service requests in the role played in current or past organization.
Experience of managing major incident(s) in the past will be of added advantage.
Experience of Problem management and handling it end to hand will be of added advantage.
Experience of Service Now version upgrade and Patching will be of added advantage.
Experience is Education sector is added advantage.
