If you want to be responsible for performing manual QA processes for the Salesforce Partner Community Development Project (end to end testing comprising smoke, regression and progression test plans), this offer is for you!
You will
- Test the software on the #1 CRM – Salesforce.com platform
- Work with product owners and development team to define the functional and technical requirements during user story refinement sessions
- Create test plans and procedures based on clients’ requirements
- Report on bugs and their status as well as interact with developers to get them sorted out
Must have
- 2+ years of experience in preparing, conducting and documenting software tests
- Knowledge of at least one objective programming language to be able to write automated tests (e.g. JavaScript/TypeScript)
- Basic knowledge of SQL/SOQL queries
- Knowledge of REST/SOAP integration testing
- Strong technical writing skills to develop comprehensive technical specification documents, process flow diagrams, use cases, and test plans
- Experience using Agile development methods, practices and project management tools like Jira, TestRail etc.
Nice to have
- Previous experience with Salesforce applications
- ISTQB Certification
