Your responsibilities:
- Managing day-to-day operational activities and establishing steady processes within the project
- Controlling project resource and load balance with the Account Manager
- Project performance reporting
- Ensuring effective and unbiased communication
- Risk, Schedule, and Scope management activities with the project team
- Close managing Client expectations
- Coordination and scheduling work for development teams, including meetings with stakeholders, managing priorities, raising issues, and reporting delays
- Creating and maintaining project management documentation and revising it as appropriate
- Motivating, guiding, coaching, and encouraging direct subordinates
