We are looking for a C++ Software Team Leader for our extremely successful Client that plays an essential role in the medical device manufacturing sector. They offer next-gen hardware and software for companies that help save many lives from heart disease. They have more than 3000 employees globally and now they are opening their R&D HUB in Poland, Warsaw – a great time to join!
You will build up a team of 6 as well as lead, design and implement software solutions for Medical Device products mostly written in C++, but they use C#, too.

Requirements
3+ years of experience in people management
5+ years of experience in C++ development
Willingness to work 2-3 days in the office (they give you a car so you can commute easily!)
