Description

You will

Administer our cloud services (Atlassian tools, Google Workspace, Okta, Azure, O365/Sharepoint)
Administer our MDM tool (Soti Mobicontrol)
Maintain user lifecycle management/automation
Maintain and update documentation (Confluence)
Responsible for executing the annual wheel for regular IT-driven and related activities
Be the IT department’s 'friendly face’ in Krakow
Some traveling is to be expected

Must have

Be able to write good technical documentation
Cloud experience, especially Google and Microsoft
Some understanding of one of the mainstream cloud providers (AWS, GCP, and Azure)
Some insight into cloud services such as Atlassian Tools, Google Workspace, Azure, Slack, and Okta
Good understanding of IT security
Can support users on Windows/macOS/Linux/iOS/Android
Be proactive and self-driven

The budget is up to 115 PLN/h on B2B or 16 000 PLN on a standard work agreement
