Project
As a Junior UI/UX Designer, you will be part of a Design System Team working together with local and global UX Designers, developers, and other stakeholders.
You will be supporting design system transformation from Sketch to Figma, developing design system components, creating documentation, and taking part in the design validation process.
Furthermore, you will help to leverage the power of our design system to improve user experience consistency across the entire platform.
Moreover, in the near future, you will also have the opportunity to join the Digital Product Design Team and work on product development, participating in user research, prototype, and usability testing. It will be a great opportunity to learn the entire UX/UI design process in practice.
You will
- collaborate with the Design System Team to support the transformation from Sketch to Figma
- created design system components in Figma of a consistently high quality
- be responsible for quality assurance of moving designs and connecting missing components with the Design System library
- be working with the Design System Lead and other team members to develop and grow your skill set
Must have
- At least 1 year of proven professional experience in UI/UX design
- Experience with Figma and Sketch
- Strong UI skills proved by sent portfolio
- Attention to detail, passionate about pixel-perfect designs
- Teamwork oriented
- Willingness to learn about Design Systems and general UI/UX knowledge
- Good communication skills in English
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a design, sociology, psychology, or IT-related field
- Adobe knowledge (Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Experience working in Agile environments
- Experience with Invision and Zeplin
- Relevant UI/UX courses
- Programming knowledge
