You will
- Responsible for guiding and coaching the Engagement Team on their use of Agile practices and values
- Enhance a culture of collaboration and self-management within Development Team members who works closely with the Product Owner to maximize business value
- Help the organization to understand and enact empirical product development
- Help the team to achieve their goals every Sprint and understand the need for incremental delivery
Must have
- At least 2 years of experience in Scrum Master role
- To communicate effectively with teams and other stakeholders and create a collaborative culture
- Willing to challenge the status quo
- To influence teams’ decisions and drive continuous improvements process
- Proactive personality willing to make a difference on an organizational level
- To communicate effectively in English
Nice to have
- Experience in working with remote teams
- Knowledge about Agile Scaling Frameworks (e.g. Nexus)
- Skills proved by a Scrum Master certificate
