Introduction
ASK is a tool for collating experience and expertise; it allows users to ask questions, and other users to answer them. Users gain reputation points. We are at an exciting point in the tool’s development with the addition of new user-centric features. We need a UX & UI Designer to work in collaboration with our Business Analyst to help us optimise the tool and provide ideas for future improvements.
Job Description
Gather information about user requirements from the Business Analyst and interested parties.
Propose and sketch out a range of visual concepts
Create user personas and user journeys
Create compelling interface designs
Translate concepts into wireframes and prototypes
Generate collateral (images, stylesheets) to enable concepts to be turned into reality

Qualifications
Demonstrable experience in UI/UX designer role
HTML, CSS skills
Up-to-date knowledge of design software like Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop
Demonstrable experience using tools such as Sketch, Visio, Photoshop, Axure, InVision, OmniGraffle, Marvel
Strong user centric perspective
Excellent communication skills
A strong growth mindset
