The Project needs the support of a scrum coordinator with a scrum master certification to work on the following tasks. The project consists of several scrum teams (currently 11 teams globally).
Main responsibilities include working 1-1 with scrum teams on:
- Scrum Team’s Capacity and velocity Calculation for each sprint or PI;
- Tracking progress in an efficient way through each team sprint and PI reports.
Scrum team governance:
- Coaching each team on agile methodologies;
- Presence in each team pre-sprint planning, sprint reviews and story assignment in each board;
- FTE’s vs workload calculations (story points assigned);
- Jira Story Points for each PI and managing team’s timelines based on priorities;
- Preparation of burn down/burn up charts within each team;
- Facilitating teams scrum calls (e.g. daily or weekly scrums) as needed (Requests may be different from each team PO);
- Coordination of unified Sprint/PI among different teams in project;
- Commonize team structures (some are set in Scrum and some in Kanban);
- Assisting each PO with their scrum requests;
- Review of assigned tasks to each team during BRP.
Working closely with the Project management team:
- Provide help with proper inputs to the main project dashboard;
- Assist with requests that come from the project team for implementation in scrum boards.
