Role: QA / SDET Engineer (ML project)
Company: stabilized (250 people worldwide) but still a start-up operating in the AI/ML area. The goal of the company is to bring AI systems to everyone.
Project: a ML platform for managing financial audits;
Tech stack: Java 8, Spring, SpringBoot, Angular, GCP, Azure, Docker, k8s, PostgreSQL, microservices;
Team: 2 other SDETs;
Contract: perm
Package: 15-20 k gross + medical package + insurance scheme;
Location: Krakow (during pandemic remote work, after that mixed model);
Your role:
- grow a top-class test automation framework (Java, Azure);
- discover quality issues, propose solutions and implement them;
- cooperate closely with development and DevOps teams;
- integrate and improve test processes and cases;
Requirements:
- solid test automation experience, independence to run tasks assigned;
- Jenkins;
- hands-on coding skills in Java (additionally Python/Go/C++ would be an asset);
- scripting skills (Bash/Groovy);
- ability to understand complex processes and propose adequate test scenarios;
- engineering mindset, curiosity to mix technologies and find solutions;
- Nice to have:Docker, Linux, GIT;
- Angular or React - some initial skills;
- some knowledge of the cloud environments;
