We are looking for a Software Team Leader for a medical devices company that is working on diagnosing and treating heart rhythm disorders. The company partners with clinicians to develop innovative technologies that improve the quality of care for arrhythmia patients worldwide.


Requirements:

- 6+ years of C++ OO design development experience
- Master's or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent
- Well developed English skills 
- Fluent Polish language 


Nice to have:

- Experience in leading a Software Engineering team
- Experience developing multi-threaded systems 
- Knowledge of one or more of STL, Modern C++ (11/14), Boost
- Experience in C# 


Responsibilities:

- Establish and lead the local team of software developers
- Mentor, shape, and motivate the team
- Work on the talent development opportunities
- Work on the implantation of SW components and algorithms for Medical Devices
