YOU WILL
- Provide complex usability, evaluation, and support to product development teams, including the analysis and investigation of applications/systems, graphics, web, multimedia, voice response and conversational user interaction
- Create, evaluate, and modify prototypes to support evolving software application development
- Develop user profiles with emphasis on human error control, display issues, visual interaction, physical manipulation, and task and objective analysis
- Assist in developing design concepts and implementation providing input on user design considerations. Develop and apply software design/usability processes in the investigation of technical problems
- Produce specifications describing user requirements and internal structures for products in development
- Apply advanced skills and concepts to oversee large, complex projects, with responsibility for overseeing and directing team member's work
- Provide direction for the entire team in a matrix organization. Operate with substantial latitude for unreviewed actions and decisions (decisions have moderate to a significant impact on the project team, project budget, department, work group, and/or client)
- Actively participate in product feature and design discussions to help shape products
- Develop into a well-rounded full-stack application developer
MUST HAVE
- Minimum 5 years of related experience
- Web application development experience/portfolio that demonstrates your application development experience
- React, JavaScript, test automation, and familiarity with REST services
- Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
- Ability to handle multiple projects
- Ability to delegate work
- Proven leadership ability
- Ability and desire to learn and work with new languages and technologies as needed
- Ability and desire to learn principles of business (airline planning and scheduling)

- Java
- Knowledge of API services
- Familiarity with server-side components

- The budget is up to 150 PLN/h on B2B or 18 000 PLN on a standard work agreement
