Our team's mission is to support our company with professionally managed tools, security, and IT systems. The position is responsible, together with the rest of the team, for managing our services and their lifecycle, and implementing new ones.
You will
- Be the IT Admin for our cloud applications and network infrastructure
- Be the owner of the systems/solutions such as Okta, Google Workspace, Atlassian Tools, and more
- Be a central decision maker for IT infrastructure in the company
- Be the owner of technical and end-user documentation
Must have
- Understanding of cloud-based user Identity providers
- Good understanding of cloud-based office collaboration tools (Google Workspace, M365 or similar)
- Good understanding of networking (we run our network infrastructure in the offices)
- Understanding of wifi access and authentication mechanisms
- Experience with Atlassian tools (Jira / Confluence)
- Experience with Google Workspace suite
- Experience with M365
- Familiarity with enterprise-grade equipment management
- Experience with writing automation scripts
