We're looking for Backend Engineers for an international fintech startup specialising in building payment channels and infrastructure. They have a great mission to level the economic fields of many countries. The company is ready to scale the app, so they are looking for great specialists for long-term cooperation!Â

Requirements:
Â
- 5+ years of professional experience in backend development
- At least 1 year of professional experience in building highly reliable and scalable backend services in Go
- Excellent knowledge of the best practices in designing, developing and deploying the services in a cloud environment
- Professional experience in working asynchronously with global teams
- Experience in working in Fintech and Payments or cryptocurrency development
English proficiency

Nice to have:
- Experience in working in tech startups
- Experience in infosec
- Knowledge of French or Swahili language
Responsibilities:
- Building customer-facing features together with the frontend team
- Integrating with payment partners to offer fast and reliable payments across many countries
- Implementing core business logic to keep the customers safe
- Quickly launching new countries by writing modular and configurable code
- Using data to drive decision-making and identify customer insights
- Building internal tools and integrations for our support and marketing teams
