Project scope:
- Project area: multichannel ecommerce solution, consumer centric, based on Adobe AEM 6.4.8
- Supervise technical specifications during Design Phase
- Review, provide input and estimates to Epics during Design Phase
- Support Business with technical input during Solution Design
- Drive technical alignment across scrum teams and also across Verticals
- Enforce coding guidelines and standards within the scrum team(s)
- Review and approve merge requests
- Work with functional leads to provide inputs for estimations
- Be in charge of / Review technical documentation
- Guide and lead scrum team(s) technically
Competence demands:
- Bachelor’s / Master degree in computer science, engineering or similar.
- Proven experience (5+ year) with Java/JEE, Sling Servlets, OSGi, JCR Queries, core frameworks such as Apache Sling and Felix.
- Mastery of core web technologies including XML, HTML5, HTL, client/server-side scripting, Javascript, Jquery.
- Deep knowledge of REST APIs, JSON, GraphQL, Unit Testing, GIT, agile methodologies, and software design patterns.
- Dispatcher Configuration, Clustering, CRX repository, Workflows, Replication, and Performance management.
- CI/CD tools like Maven, Jenkins.
- Good conceptual understanding of modern frontend frameworks technology like React, Vue.js or Angular.
- Familiarity with A/B Testing and Adobe Target
- AEM - component , dialog, JCR queries, template, static template & dynamic template(optional), SSO(SAML)
- At-least 3 years of strong Web Content Management experience with Adobe AEM, implementing 2+ full cycle AEM projects.
- Work with project managers to ensure that all project deliverables are on time and high quality
- Work collaboratively with other teams; QA, UX, etc
- Assist in deploying applications to Dev, QA, Production environments and migrations
- English: C1
- Ability to innovate and present new ideas/solutions. Strong desire to stay on top of the latest developments in web technologies
- Ability to handle customer discussions effectively and interact with multiple stakeholders
