PROJECT
If you want to be responsible for establishing and managing the QA process for the Salesforce Partner Community Development Project (end-to-end testing comprising smoke, regression, and progression test plans), this offer is for you!

YOU WILL

• Test the software on the #1 CRM – Salesforce.com platform
• Work with product owners, and the development team to define the functional and technical requirements during user story refinement sessions
• Create test plans and procedures based on clients' requirements
• Design and implement a QA testing framework for the new partner community on the Salesforce.com platform in collaboration with the Project Team
• Report on bugs and their status as well as interact with developers to get them sorted out

MUST HAVE

• 1-3 years of experience in preparing, conducting, and documenting software tests
• WebdriverIO, Protractor
• Knowledge of at least one objective programming language to be able to write automated tests (e.g. JavaScript/TypeScript)
• Basic knowledge of SQL/SOQL queries
• Knowledge of REST/SOAP integration testing
• Ability to manage and set up Continuous Integration (Autorabit, Jenkins, Bamboo, or other)
• Strong technical writing skills to develop comprehensive technical specification documents, process flow diagrams, use cases, and test plans
• Experience using Agile development methods, practices, and project management tools like Jira, TestRail, etc.

NICE TO HAVE

• Previous experience with Salesforce applications
• Experience with Salesforce development processes
• ISTQB Certification
• Salesforce Platform App Builder Certification
• Salesforce Administrator Certification
