You will
- Be responsible for guiding and coaching 2 Scrum Teams on their use of Agile practices and values
- Enhance the culture of collaboration and self-management among Development Team members
- Work closely with the Product Owner to maximize business value
- Help the organization to understand and enact empirical product development
Must have
- Leadership experience in an Agile environment or Scrum Master role
- Like people, know how to communicate with them, and create a collaborative culture
- Willing to challenge the status quo
- Know how to influence teams' decisions and drive continuous improvements process
- Ability to communicate effectively in English
Nice to have
- Experience in working with remote teams
- Knowledge about Agile Scaling Frameworks (e.g. Nexus)
- Skills proved by a Scrum Master certificate (i.e. PSM, PSPO)
