We are looking for two candidates for the position of PHP Fullstack Developer (1x Senior, 1x Regular)
Conditions of engagement:
Industry: Software House
Location: 100% remote (or hybrid-mode in Warsaw - your choice)
Start: ASAP (also in accordance with the notice period, startdate must be in the last quarter of 2022)
Rate:
Senior (5y+ exp) 135 - 185 PLN net / h
Regular (3-5y exp) 100 - 145 PLN net / h
Employment: B2B (straight-contract with our Client) + 43 paid free days + certification bonuses + package of company shares, full-time, long-term
Project: several ongoing projects. This will be discussed with you during the first conversation with our client.
Role / ecosystem: new teammates will join one of our Client's SCRUM teams. Each team consist of 1 Product Owner, 1 UX designer and 3-4 fullstack devs. 2-week sprint cycles (planning, refinement, daily, retro, demo). We work in DDD - we do Event Storming sessions, we have Bounded Contexts and Context Maps. We want to understand the core subdomain and then move forward with implementation.
