As an Application Support Specialist, your day-to-day work will be focused on adjusting or reconfiguring standard off-the-shelf applications and tailoring them to meet the specific needs of the organization or individual users.

Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day operational support, request fulfillment, and proactive management of technical services provided to the customer.
- Helping secure application hosting systems.
- Analyze computer network issues and choose the best solution to solve problems.
- Performing planned work and maintenance on solutions, configuration changes, and release/deployments.
Requirements:
- Working experience with JavaScript based frameworks.
- Familiarity with Python, Java and .NET.
- Application support: deployment, maintenance, fault finding.
- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in a similar role.
