ProjectThe bank made a strategic decision to migrate the rates trading platform from a legacy system to Murex. As the new system passes data in a new format, our team is to implement and enhance the system capabilities to transform between Murex format and FpML, as well as create a new bridge that will allow importing of FpML trades into Murex. The system supports a wide variety of instruments, from FRAs and swaptions to complex structured products.
Project tech stack: Java 8 (with plans to migrate to Java 11), Spring boot, Junit, Solace Pub/Sub, JDBC/MSSQL, JaxB, XPath, SOAP, maven, Git, Jira.
Must have
- Fluent in spoken and written English
- Strong technical background
- Murex architecture knowledge
- Strong communication skills
- Working knowledge of SQL and/or NoSQL databases
- Ability to use Solace for pub/sub messaging
- Unit testing skills
