Movement Manager Business Analysts are members of a techno-functional team specialized in implementing and delivering Movement Manager and other airline operations management solutions/modules as part of the Operations Control suite for various airlines across the world.聽
You will
- Lead migrating existing Movement customers from one AWS environment to another by managing customer communication, supporting customer validation, and troubleshooting incidents reported during migration
- Be involved in Movement manager software version upgrades liaising internally and with customer
- Develop a thorough understanding of the application鈥檚 user interface, both from functional business and technical process stand order to implement, and install Movement Manager (operations management system)
- Work collaboratively in a team environment with project managers, account managers, and implementation and development resources to meet customer expectations regarding solution implementation, issue resolution during the solution adoption phase, and also the resolution of maintenance issues/service requests post-production cutover
- Perform data validation checks in the context of the Movement Manager solution at all stages of solution migration and delivery
Must have
- 5+ years experience working in Airline Operations Management or similar experience (preferred)
- A Master鈥檚 degree or equivalent technical experience is strongly desired
- Proven analytical skills
- Advanced understanding of database concepts and working knowledge of Oracle, SQL & advanced understanding of Linux and Windows platform
- Advanced knowledge of Unix commands
- Prior experience/knowledge of Cloud platforms is required
- Microsoft Tools: Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, SQL Developer聽
- Programming languages and other tools (desired, not required): Java (This position doesn鈥檛 require coding)
