--- What You'll Bring ---
o 4-6 years building complex web applications
o Familiarity with both front end and back end technologies
o Comfortableness using React, TypeScript, Express and Mongo, with multiple demonstrable projects
o A real enthusiasm for building your own code and being responsible for what happens
o A constant desire to learn along with a capacity to mentor others
o A genuine interest in collaborating with others on the team
o Strong verbal and written communication skills
