We are currently joining the best-in-class Canadian mobile and online banking project related to implementing a strategic change in how mortgages are offered to customers. Agile transformation, only new development, cloud environment, and security importance. The project starts in January 2023.
THINGS YOU WILL DO
- Planning and implementation of Java-based applications
- Defining the goals and functionality of the application
- Working closely with AWS
- Adjusting the application design to meet business objectives
- Reviewing user requirements to inform application design
- Creating detailed project documentation
- Continuous professional development
TECH STACK: Java and Spring Boot, Kafka, Microservices, Typescript, Angular, AWS (Lambda, S3, SNS, SQS, DynamoDB, ElastiCache), Docker, Kubernetes, Jira, Confluence, BitBucket, CI/CD: Bamboo, as well as SonarQube and Artifactory
SKILLS & EXPERIENCES YOU NEED TO GET THE JOB DONE
- Strong experience in Java software development
- Strong experience with Spring Boot and/or Micronaut
- Experience with Microservices and Kubernetes / Docker
- Knowledge of CI/CD and working tools like Jira
- Knowledge of cloud environment and practical knowledge of AWS
- Knowledge of Typescript and Angular
- Experience working on a highly secure application
- Understanding of business approach and customer-oriented mindset
- Proficiency in the English language - you will work for global clients
