PROJECT
One of the business leaders in worldwide delivery has created a platform being built as an alternative to Amazon type with a distinctive approach. The platform is used by leaders of retail sales allowing them direct access to customers for shopping and direct delivery. The platform is creating a personalized experience for each customer to place orders. Allows for placing the orders from all of the customers that are being consolidated in a single Hub to allow smooth process including delivery of items to end customer. A digital platform that enhances the eCommerce experience and capabilities by connecting top Retailers/Brands to online shoppers and by providing fulfillment capabilities.

You will be working in a well-organized Agile environment. Teams consist of Architect/Team Lead, Developers, Automation QA, Business Analyst, and Scrum Master who will be supporting each other to build the best possible solution.

YOU WILL

• Provide technical leadership to the Team on a day-to-day basis throughout the project lifecycle and resolve technical challenges
• Coordinate with Business Owners to understand business requirements and break down into user stories 
• Understand the system dependencies involved; Provide relevant inputs to the business to determine the feature priorities 
• Assist in architecting solutions and preparing designs in an incremental fashion 
• Create System Integration and System Architecture Design Document 
• Guide the Project Team to estimate accurately and groom the features/stories aligned with PI Objectives during a Planning meeting
• Participate in researching new technologies/frameworks and lead POCs; Recommend skill enhancements/training for the Project Team 
• Ensure adherence to development best practices, policies, and procedures 
• Open for onsite-offshore model 

MUST HAVE

• 7+ years of strong implementation skills in digital technologies
• Experience in end-to-end implementations using Java/Web 2.0 technologies on the cloud
• Hands-on in Back-end: API Design, Spring Boot, Spring Security, Hibernate, Oauth 2.0, Microservices, Azure, UML, JUnit, Mocking frameworks, ADO
• Working knowledge of Front-end: NodeJS, Typescript, UI Frameworks like Angular 2+ 
• Working knowledge of SaaS, PaaS, Azure Platform
• Cultivating the culture of ‘Quality’ 
• Experience in working with middle-level stakeholders
• Participate in planning, and optimizing team productivity
