ProjectThe project concerns an in-cab camera in a car. The team's task is to put into production a product that will receive and transmit video on board the car. The image processing must be of sufficient quality and frequency.
You will
- Set team priorities
- Manage and communicate project risks and resolve project issues
- Document and communicate Team activities
- Communicate Customer requirements for key deliverables and performance targets to Project Teams
- Provide Project detail to Customer Program Managers for Project Reviews
- Maintain all PDP, Design Change, Process Change, and Cost Trackers and Summaries
- Improve and Champion Project Teams' adherence to PDP to achieve compliance
Must have
- Minimum 5 years of hands-on C++ programming
- Knowledge of Qt library
- Engineering degree, preferably additional business administration background
- Experience in automotive or other high-volume production, Engineering, or Program Management
- Strong entrepreneurial attitude, high level of motivation, and dedication
- Team-oriented work experience, communication skills
- Experienced in working on a schedule-driven project
- Understanding of engineering procedure
- Experienced in performing risk analysis and developing risk management plans
