PROJECTAs a UI Designer, you will focus on visual designs in collaboration with the UX Design and Design System teams.
You are an advocate of user-centered design principles, with a natural curiosity to understand people, and how they interact with products. Do you understand the need to balance existing design patterns with the need to move visual ideas forward? You are a team player who enjoys working and brainstorming with other designers, programmers, and managers? This offer is for you!
In this role, you will evaluate the history of product decisions through the UI already constructed, and look for the most harmonious way to evolve visuals into something new.
MUST HAVE
- 3+ years of professional experience in UI design, preferably at a company focused on designing and delivering SaaS solutions
- Having a passion and knowledge for type, color, sizing, and iconography and its application to mobile products
- Knowledge of how to work with complex Design Systems, building into, and off of, the existing ecosystem
- Ensuring pixel-perfect implementation of your designs
- Paying almost fanatically close attention to every detail
- Having strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Having an exceptional portfolio of work that demonstrates the ability to design and maintain high-quality, consistent user interface designs
NICE TO HAVE
- A history of strategic thinking reflected in your ability to speak about your designs with clarity and conviction
- Strong understanding of design tools like Sketch and Figma
- HTML5, CSS, and/or native Android and iOS knowledge
