Overview
Provide a Poland_Krakow-based security coordination role to the Loss Prevention and Security (LPS) Management Team.

Act as a Poland_Krakow point of contact for internal key work partners and external suppliers and partners for LPS security standards, procedures, and processes.

You will
EMEA Regional Badge Centre

• Operate and maintain the LPS regional badge center for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa, providing a regional based response for processing and managing access control, badge issuance, and maintaining global security system standards.

Travel Risk Management

• Prepare and manage travel advisories for internal distributions where necessary
• Provide security arrangements in high and extreme destinations from existing vendors. Inform travelers and raise an order for security services.
• Assist with the requirement to run database enquires on the internal Travel Tracking System in the event of an emergency.
• Participate in travel governance reviews to maintain and improve the security aspect of MSI business travel.
• Work with the global Security Emergency Call Centre (SECC) to establish and standardize accurate escalation processes about travel issues, advisories, and associated crisis issues.

Other Duties

• Maintain regional databases for LPS external resources, benchmarking data, etc.
• If applicable, participate in the development of new programs, policies, and practices regarding security measures necessary for the proper application of U.S. government regulations and specifications for classifying, upgrading, downgrading, and safeguarding classified information.
• Market and promote LPS, its services, programs, policies, and recommended practices to all its customers
• Prepare and distributes security incident report information and/or statistics to appropriate personnel.
• Participate as a member/contact member (if appropriate) of the local Crisis Management Team.
• Develop, administer, and maintain databases for LPS; manages collection, interpretation, and reporting of data.
• Support the LPS Converge page and update converge data whenever needed.
• Provide support for order management in the EMEA region.

Must have

• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Fluent in English (B2/C1) written and spoken
• Knowledge of Google sheets
• Willingness to learn new technologies and tools
• Strong communication skills
