Our goal is to support the sales and customer service processes of our contractors, with whom we build lasting and long-term relationships. We provide comprehensive support services for HR, recruitment and training processes in this area. We are looking for candidates for a project implemented for our partner: SAMSUNG SDS - one of the most admired and innovative brands in the world. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:

• Perform day-to-day monitoring or transactions within the e-commerce platform to identify potential fraud cases;
• Procative monitoring of order flows, to ensure that potential risks are addressed in a timely manner;
• Action on early warning systems to identify new types of suspicious behaviour and adapt business processes to allow them to be actioned at the easliest possible stage;
• Devleop clear communication channels with stakeholders to ensure that they are kept informed.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

• Knowledge of the MS Office suite;
• Good relationship building and influencing skills;
• Analytical thinking with the ability to pick up new ideas and subject matter quickly;
• Knowledge and experience of relevant platforms (E-commerce, Order Management system, Adyen, PayPal) (nice to have);
• Attention to detail;
• Dedicated and hard working

EXPERIENCE:

• 1+ years or equivalent Loss Prevention / Customer Service / Order Monitoring support;
• Effective backlog management with minimal bugs/issues over 7 days outstanding.
