As a Technical Test Manager, you will be in charge of all testing activities for the right side of the V-Model. You will be responsible for operational test management and leading test activities across all test & validation competencies.
YOU WILL
- Be responsible for the test engineering customer communication for the assigned project
- Representative testing competencies toward customers and interfaces
- Approve test features as done at the customer project/program review
- Decide test objectives in agreement with stakeholders
- Approve test strategy of all test competencies based on customer needs and internal requirements
- Define test delivery milestones for all test competencies
- Request a regular reporting of test metrics from test competencies
- Decide on priorities of tasks for Test Teams
- Escalate for not clear requirements
MUST HAVE
- Bachelor/Masters degree in Science or Engineering
- 5+ years of technical experience in automotive engineering with a focus on testing
- ISTQB foundation level, advanced (test manager) level preferred
- Customer interface expertise
- Preferred Global Experience
- Fluent English
- Technical Team leadership skills
- Being team-oriented and self-driven
- Being honest in relation to the company, clients, and co-operators
