Our goal is to support the sales and customer service processes of our contractors, with whom we build lasting and long-term relationships. We provide comprehensive support services for HR, recruitment and training processes in this area. We are looking for candidates for a project implemented for our partner: SAMSUNG SDS - one of the most admired and innovative brands in the world. Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and deliver Hybris training programs to both internal and external audiences
- Conduct needs analysis to identify training requirements and design customized training programs to meet those needs
- Act as a subject matter expert on Hybris, system analysis and Scrum Master areas
- Develop training materials, including training manuals, presentations, and exercises
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and modify as needed
- Ensure that training programs are aligned with the overall strategy of the organization
- Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that training programs are meeting their needs
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in developing and delivering Hybris training programs
- Experience in system analysis and Scrum Master areas, either training them or acting as one
- Strong practical understanding of software development methodologies and best practices
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to a non-technical audience
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Scrum Master certification would be nice to have
- Experience with e-commerce platforms is a plus
