For our client, a network of grocery and industrial stores that has been operating in the Polish market for over 30 years, we are looking for a specialist for the position of C++ Developer

C++ Developer

Responsibilities

Developing programs and scripts using C/C++, bash
Enhancing operating systems, database management systems, interfaces
Identifying and resolving coding errors (debugging)
Software testing
Working on the development of point-of-sale software

Requirements

2-3 years of commercial experience in C++ projects
Experience in object-oriented programming in C++
Very good knowledge of GNU/Linux Debian as the primary development platform (gcc, g++, GNU Autotools) and the runtime of created applications
Good knowledge of PostgreSQL, SVN or GIT
Very good knowledge of BASH or other system shell
Solid understanding of networking aspects (IP/UDP/TCP/wireshark)
Proficiency in reading documentation in English

Nice to have:

Knowledge of C
Communicative level of English
