Project
As an API Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing and developing API strategies that enhance our automotive solutions. You will work closely with stakeholders and development teams to create and implement API specifications that meet business requirements. You will challenge existing solutions to bring them to the next level and will lead the conception of entirely new and game-changing solutions.

To us nothing is impossible, you will have the autonomy to proof concepts and explore state-of-the-art solutions, having fun and celebrating success along the way.

You will

• Design and develop API architectures that support both the current needs and future growth of our lifecycle management system
• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into API specifications
• Work closely with development teams to implement APIs, ensuring that they meet the set specifications and are integrated seamlessly into existing systems
• Maintain and optimize APIs, constantly looking for ways to improve performance, security, and usability
• Lead the development of API documentation to facilitate understanding and usage by both internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure API solutions are scalable, reliable, and secure, aligning with the company's technology standards and best practices
• Evaluate new technologies and trends in API development, and make recommendations for their implementation
• Troubleshoot and resolve any API-related issues, and work closely with the development team to ensure timely and effective solutions

Must have

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in API development and/ or architecture
• In-depth understanding of API design principles, standards, and best practices
• Being proficient in API platforms and technologies, such as REST, SOAP, GraphQL
• Experience in authentication methods and Cloud Services (API Gateways)
• Curiosity to explore your curiosity, challenging the status quo
• Willing to plan to adopt future intelligence to break down barriers
