Our goal is to support the sales and customer service processes of our contractors, with whom we build lasting and long-term relationships. We provide comprehensive support services for HR, recruitment and training processes in this area. We are looking for candidates for a project implemented for our partner: SAMSUNG SDS - one of the most admired and innovative brands in the world. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES:
- Perform day-to-day monitoring or transactions within the e-commerce platform to identify potential fraud cases;
- Procative monitoring of order flows, to ensure that potential risks are addressed in a timely manner;
- Action on early warning systems to identify new types of suspicious behaviour and adapt business processes to allow them to be actioned at the easliest possible stage;
- Devleop clear communication channels with stakeholders to ensure that they are kept informed.
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Knowledge of the MS Office suite;
- Good relationship building and influencing skills;
- Analytical thinking with the ability to pick up new ideas and subject matter quickly;
- Knowledge and experience of relevant platforms (E-commerce, Order Management system, Adyen, PayPal) (nice to have);
- Attention to detail;
- Dedicated and hard working
EXPERIENCE:
- 1+ years or equivalent Loss Prevention / Customer Service / Order Monitoring support;
- Effective backlog management with minimal bugs/issues over 7 days outstanding.
