We are seeking a creative and experienced Content Producer (English) to join our team at Samsung SDS. As a Content Producer, you will work within our Content Production Center structures to create high-quality content that effectively communicates product information and solutions to our customers. You will be responsible for researching and developing content ideas, writing and editing content, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure that content is optimized for SEO and effectively addresses customer needs.

Responsibilities:
- Research and develop content ideas that effectively communicate product information and solutions to customers.
- Write and edit high-quality content, including product descriptions, user guides, and instructional content.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including customer service, marketing, and product development to ensure that content meets business objectives and effectively addresses customer needs and pain points.
- Optimize content for SEO and content marketing best practices.
- Use data analysis and content performance metrics to inform and improve content production efforts.
- Develop and maintain content production processes and workflows to ensure that content is produced efficiently and effectively.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in content production, and use this knowledge to inform content development efforts.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a related field such as journalism, communications, or marketing.
- Proven experience as a content producer, with a portfolio of high-quality content examples.
- Strong writing and editing skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex ideas in clear and concise language.
- Strong understanding of SEO and content marketing best practices.
- Excellent research and analytical skills, with the ability to effectively research and develop content ideas that effectively communicate product information and solutions to customers.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Detail-oriented, with a strong ability to identify and correct errors in content.
