Samsung SDS is seeking a talented Content Producer with proficiency in Swedish to join our Content Production Center team. As a Content Producer, you will be responsible for creating, editing, and managing a wide range of digital content in Swedish language to support Samsung SDS's customer service initiatives.
Responsibilities:
- Produce high-quality digital content in Swedish for various channels including websites, social media platforms, and email newsletters.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including writers, designers, and marketers to produce engaging and informative content that aligns with brand guidelines.
- Conduct research and analysis to identify market trends, customer preferences, and user behavior to inform content strategy.
- Manage content calendars, ensure timely delivery of projects, and maintain content databases.
- Monitor content performance and user engagement to continually improve content quality and relevance.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, best practices, and technologies related to content production and customer service.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in content production, digital media, or a related field.
- Native-level fluency in Swedish and excellent writing and editing skills in English.
- Strong project management skills and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.
- Familiarity with content management systems and digital marketing tools.
- Passion for customer service and a deep understanding of customer needs and preferences.
