Samsung SDS is seeking a UX/UI Designer to join our Hybris Development Center team. The ideal candidate will have experience designing intuitive and engaging user interfaces for software applications. You will work closely with the development team to create wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate user interactions and workflows.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business goals, user needs, and technical constraints.
- Design user interfaces for software applications, including wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs.
- Develop and maintain design specifications, style guides, and other design documentation.
- Conduct user research, user testing, and heuristic evaluations to inform design decisions.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders, users, and development team.
- Ensure that designs are consistent with brand guidelines and visual standards.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and emerging design technologies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience designing user interfaces for software applications.
- Experience designing eCommerce Store.
- Experience implementing Design Systems using tools such as Storybook, Figma.
- Strong portfolio showcasing visual and interaction design skills.
- Proficiency with design tools such as Sketch, Adobe Creative Suite, or Figma.
- Familiarity with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in an Agile development environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in design, human-computer interaction, or a related field.
- Experience designing for e-commerce or retail applications.
- Experience with user research and testing methodologies.
- Understanding of accessibility best practices.
- Experience working with cross-functional teams in a global organization.
