• Participation in the process of freight cost settlement
• Current analysis of deviations
• Support in the invoicing process in the logistics-administrative chain
• Revision of discrepancies in the invoicing process and escalation to the customer
• Analysis of supplier documentation (carriers, logistics operators) and corrective/remedial actions
• Control and correction of payments
• Active participation in the IT system implementation process
• Participation in the creation of procedures, methods and tools supporting the Freight-Audit-Payment (FAP) process
• Ensuring consistency in the creation and modification of data in databases
• Cooperation with the Settlement Manager in terms of correctness and reliability of processed data
• Participation in processes of updating and improving IT tools
• Current analysis of claims and corrections - reporting
• Support in the implementation of the customer's IT system in Poland and foreign units
• Improvement of used tools in order to minimize the number of incorrect payments and settlements with suppliers

• Good knowledge of Excel
