PROJECT
As a UI/UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-centered interfaces for our digital products and platforms. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Product Managers and Developers, to deliver exceptional user experiences that meet both business and user needs.

YOU WILL

• Collaborate with Product Managers and Developers to understand project goals, user requirements, and technical constraints
• Design and create high-quality user interfaces for web and mobile applications, ensuring a seamless and intuitive user experience
• Develop wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups to effectively communicate design ideas and concepts
• Conduct user research, and usability testing, and gather feedback to iteratively improve interface designs
• Create and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI documentation to ensure consistency and efficiency in design implementation
• Collaborate with Developers during the implementation phase to ensure accurate translation of designs into functional interfaces

MUST HAVE

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field
• Proven 5+ years of professional experience as a Designer
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe XD), Sketch, Figma, or similar tools
• Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices for web and mobile interfaces
• Experience creating wireframes, prototypes, and visual mockups to effectively communicate design concepts
• Knowledge of HTML, CSS, responsive design principles, and an understanding of front-end development processes
• Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Portfolio of work with links to sites you have designed/worked on
• Being open for meetings between 6 PM and 10 PM CET (three times a week)

NICE TO HAVE

• Familiarity with user research methods, usability testing, and data-driven design
• Knowledge of accessibility standards and guidelines
• Experience with motion design and interactive prototyping
• Understanding of branding and the ability to create consistent visual experiences across multiple platforms
• Experience working with Salesforce
