You will be responsible for German-speaking clients and their experience with digital solutions. The mission is to help clients in delivering the digital platform in cooperation with other technical teams.

Project scope:
- Building digital portals for customers
- Designing and writing high-quality code together with junior developers
- Developing and maintaining software components and interfaces
- Creating solutions to automate client interactions and publish services
- Working in demanding, business-critical environments
- Cooperating with different engineering teams and sharing knowledge and methodologies with them
- Develop durable, adaptable, and expandable digital channels, portals, and APIs to ensure a superior Customer Experience when engaging with digital offerings
Requirements:
- A broad engineering background with 7-9 years of experience, which includes expertise in continuous integration & deployment, TDD, DevSecOps, and Agile methodologies
- Practical hands-on experience with various technologies, including Azure DevOps, GIT/GitLab, Terraform/ARM, JavaScript, development frameworks, .NET, SQL, and NoSQL databases, React, and especially Backstage.io, CSS, HTML, RxJS or equivalent
- Preferred experience in designing and building modern applications in public cloud environments like Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud
- Having familiarity with MQ / streaming services, containerization services automation, configuration management, and infrastructure provisioning tools such as Ansible, Puppet, CloudFormation, and SonarQube. would be advantageous
- Knowledge of system/application monitoring practices and solutions like Prometheus, Grafana, or cloud provider-based services is desirable
- A good understanding of IT security for front-end applications, existing authentication and authorization methods, vulnerabilities, and their remediation
- Ability to collaborate with non-technical people translating technical content and key messages to non-technical individuals
- Fluent English
