Project
You will be one Developer in a group of 30 DBAs: DBPE and Application DBAs. You will be responsible for producing tools for other Team Members.

You will

• Generate scripts to create database objects such as tables, partitions, indexes, views, sequences, etc.
• Move, rebuild, or change database objects as required, assist with impact analysis of any changes made to database objects
• Perform reverse engineering of physical data models from databases and SQL scripts
• Evaluate existing data models and databases for variances and discrepancies
• Provide technical assistance to development teams

Must have

• Proficiency in Java programming language
• Experience in development, execution and maintenance of automation scripts written in Python or other languages
• Knowledge of ‪SQL language‬‬‬‬
• Experience in working with relational databases, preferably Oracle
• DevOps expertise with experience in applying CI/CD principles using tools such as Git, Jenkins, Maven, Ansible
• Basic knowledge of UNIX/Linux from a user perspective
• Basic knowledge of ITIL best practices and tools such as ServiceNow
• Strong analytical skills – ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions
• Excellent English written and verbal communication skills

Nice to have

• Experience in using database schema migration tools such as Liquibase or Flyway
• Experience using cloud platforms such as AWS or GCP
• Experience with containerization-based technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes
