§1 Definitions

1. Website - website https://work4.dev
2. User - a natural or legal person, as well as another organizational unit whose legal regulations grant legal capacity, having an active account
3. Visitors - any person visiting the https://work4.dev website without an active account, exploring its publicly available resources
4. Advertisement - a job advertisement posted on the Website consisting of attributes that have been marked in a way indicating their necessity.
5. Advertiser - Website User acting as a recruiter

§2 Making changes to the regulations

1. The Website reserves the right to change the Website's regulations. The introduced changes come into force upon their publication. If the Website User does not agree to the changes made to the regulations, he is obliged to stop using the Website. Logging in to the Website and using it is tantamount to accepting the regulations in its current wording.

§3 Registration on the website

1. Registration in order to use the Website's services is possible only after completing all fields of the registration form, which have been marked in a way indicating the need to complete them.
2. The User is obliged to ensure that his data provided during registration on the Website are always current. Data update is possible after logging in to the Website.
3. If the data is found to be false or unreliable, the Website reserves the right to block or delete the User's account.
4. At the time of registration, the User agrees to the processing of personal data by the Website under the conditions set out in the "Privacy Policy". All personal data placed by the User is protected in accordance with the Personal Data Protection Act
5. The information provided by the User during registration is used for necessary contacts with the Website Users and to ensure that the services offered by the Website meet the needs and interests of the Users. In addition, some of this information, such as contact details (email, telephone, etc.) may be provided to Visitors for the purpose of establishing contact necessary to improve the content of the advertisement.
6. The Website enables Users to access their personal data and change it via the Website's pages. The User may also request the deletion of his personal data from the Website database. The request to delete at least one of the information constituting personal data necessary to set up an account is tantamount to resignation from using the Website's services and permanently deletes the User's account.
7. It is forbidden to use the accounts of other Users and to share the account with other people.
8. It is forbidden to use accounts in a way that is detrimental to good manners.
9. It is prohibited to use for the purposes described in the preceding paragraph the accounts of other Users.
10. The website administrator reserves the right to refuse to register a User, block or delete a User's account for any reason.
11. If you use the paid services offered on the Website, you agree to receive proof of purchase (bill or invoice) in the form of an electronic document.

§4 Publishing of job advertisements

1. Publishing an advertisement is possible after registering on the Website and activating the User's account.
2. Submission of the advertisement is done by filling in all fields marked in a way indicating their necessity. Additionally, the Advertisement may include photos in a limited number and size.
3. Advertisements become visible (active) to Users and visitors at the time of publication. Additionally, Website Administrators may decide not to publish an Announcement considering the content of the Announcement to be inappropriate or contrary to the purpose of the Website.
4. All complaints can be directed to the following email address: office@work4.dev
5. Refunds of advertising costs can only be made by complaint

§5 Obligations of the Advertiser

1. The content of advertisements must be presented in the most legible manner possible.
2. The advertiser is obliged to assign the advertisement to the best matching category. Website administrators reserve the right to ultimately classify Advertisements and assign them to categories.
3. The Advertiser is liable to Visitors for any errors or inaccuracies in the content of the advertisement (including photos). The content of Announcements should be reliable and true, they must not mislead other Users and Visitors.
4. Advertisers shall not use HTML tags or any programming languages ​​in a way that may interfere with other Users or Visitors using the Website, in particular it is prohibited: automatic redirection to another website; making any modifications to permanent elements of the website pages; interfering with and manipulating the Advertisement submission process, "tracking" or "eavesdropping" other Website Users, in particular by remotely installing computer programs on the computers of other Website Users without their knowledge and consent.
5. It is forbidden to direct Visitors to websites competing for the Website. This applies to both the content of the job offer and external recruitment.

§6 Personal data and Privacy Policy

1. The Website's privacy policy is an integral part of the regulations. By agreeing to the terms of these Regulations, the User, at the time of registration on the Website, also agrees to the manner in which the Website may deal with the data provided. Disclosure of personal data to third parties, except for the circumstances indicated in the privacy policy, can only take place in the manner and on the conditions set out in the provisions of the Act on the protection of personal data.

§7 Exclusion of liability and breach of the regulations

1. The website is not responsible for the content published by Users.
2. Website administrators make every effort to ensure that the Website works properly and without defects. However, the Website is not responsible for any consequences resulting from any incorrect operation of the Website. The website does not guarantee its correct operation.
3. The Website is not responsible for the inability to access the Website's pages in the event of faults, breakdowns or interruptions in operation.
4. The Website reserves the right to notify law enforcement authorities if it is suspected that an Advertisement submitted by the User will be used for criminal purposes or in any other case that it is suspected that the User is committing an offense prosecuted ex officio.
5. In the event of a breach of the regulations or applicable law, as well as a reasonable suspicion of a breach of third party rights, the Website may block the Advertisement, Offer or User's account, and delete them.
6. In the case described in the above paragraphs, the Website shall not be liable for damages resulting from blocking or deleting Users' accounts or their Orders/Offers.
7. The Website has no influence and is not responsible for the way of interpreting and using the content of Announcements

§8 Final provisions

1. To matters that are not explicitly described in these regulations, the provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
2. For any disputes arising out of the Website's activities between the Website's owner and Users or third parties, the civil court with its registered office in Wrocław jurisdiction.
