Scrum Master
Your responsibilities:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Teaching, coaching, mentoring Teams and Product Owners to ensure iterative and incremental delivery of the best solutions and value to customers
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Educate teams about agile frameworks (mainly Scrum and Kanban) to reach higher level of team`s maturity
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Facilitating and contributing in Agile events
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Taking responsibility for the teams adoption and practice of Agile
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Helps the team to remove impediments, facilitates discussion, decision making processes and problem-solving meetings, assists with internal and external communication
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Promote and encourage self-organization within the teams
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Foster team collaboration and best practices sharing
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Establish processes to support cross - product / project prioritization
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Train people in the company, cooperate with leadership, help them in moving toward agility
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Help organization better understand the agile frameworks, agile mindset and the role of Scrum Master
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Teach the organization an empirical approach and its benefits

Our requirements:
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Minimum 2 years of hands-on experiance as a Scrum Master
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Scrum Master certification (PSM I, PSM II, etc.
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Understanding and experience in Agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, etc.)
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Hands-on experience on agile toolset (Jira, online retrospective tools, ect.)
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Great communication skills in English language (B2-C1)
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Excellent listening comprehension and empathy
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽Proactive attitude
路聽聽聽聽聽聽聽A master at encouraging, enabling and energizing people and helping them to realize their potential
