Project
A Customer Experience Analyst acts as a connector between the organization’s strategy, customer expectations, helping the business to make bold decisions to foster an effortless customer experience. As a Customer Experience Analyst, you will be responsible for managing the customer experience data analysis to drive operational efficiencies, effectiveness, insight, and results.

You will
  • Design and implement systems for collecting, consolidating, and analyzing customer interaction data to produce metrics and identify areas for improvement.
  • Collaborate with business leaders and cross-functional teams as a customer advocate to integrate client feedback and experience metrics into decisions on processes, offerings to improve users’ experience.
  • Identify customer needs across our products to help the organization make more informed decisions, and designs, deliver more successful outcomes utilizing project management and continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Facilitate immediate corrective actions in a timely and effective manner to remedy poor customer experience.
  • Produce statistical data and analysis in relation to key internal process performance.
  • Fosters a culture of problem-solving with facilitating workshops and training, sharing industry standards
 
Must have
  • Degree in Statistics or Business or related field, or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • 3-5 years of business experience with 2-3 years work experience in the Customer Experience field, including CX research, measurements, journey mapping, and business process design
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills (English)
  • Ability to communicate directly with customers with the aim to solve their challenges
  • Thorough analytical (qualitative and quantitative) skills; ability to present analysis including customer experience trends and opportunities to the business in writing and verbally
