Project
ASTRO Engineering provides solutions for public safety communication systems compliant with the APCO-25 standard. Network Management team is responsible for provisioning, configuration and fault management of the ASTRO system. Our applications are entirely developed and tested in our R&D center in Krakow, using Agile approach.
You will
- Together with us, you will be responsible for the development of Linux platform layer in Java applications that are used to configure ASTRO public safety network elements.
Must have
- Hands-on experience in Shell Scripting
- Experience in Linux systems administration
- Basic knowledge of computer networks and network protocols
- Experience in GIT environment
- Understanding the basics of virtualization technologies (VMware)
- Knowledge of the Python and/or Perl language
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
