Project
ASTRO Engineering provides solutions for public safety communication systems compliant with the APCO-25 standard. Network Management team is responsible for provisioning, configuration and fault management of the ASTRO system. Our applications are entirely developed and tested in our R&D center in Krakow, using Agile approach.
You will
- Together with us, you will be responsible for the development of Linux platform layer in Java applications that are used to聽configure ASTRO public safety network elements.
Must have
- Hands-on experience in聽Shell Scripting
- Experience in聽Linux systems administration
- Basic knowledge of聽computer networks聽and聽network protocols
- Experience in聽GIT environment
- Understanding the basics of聽virtualization technologies聽(VMware)
- Knowledge of the聽Python聽and/or聽Perl聽language
- Effective verbal and written English communication skills
